Bureau of Public Safety Director Norvert H. Yano said that the suspect is a minor, a 15-year-old student of Palau High School.
Yano said charge had already been brought against the minor.The computer shop was situated next to the Bestmart store.Police received a call of fire incident at the said establishment on August 19 at 12:26 p.m.The fire originated at the storeroom of the computer shop, next to a carwash shop.It was gathered that the minor was at the vicinity prior to the fire incident.The minor used to hang out at the establishment.
