Arrested were 19-year-old Chad Nakamura, Torwal Ngoriakl, 18 and one 16-year-old male juvenile.
Nakamura and Ngoriakl were arrested early Saturday morning for illegal consumption of alcohol, drunk and disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.The 16-year-old juvenile was arrested on May 15 after police found marijuana in his possession.Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said that police responded to a drinking in public place complaint on May 16 at 4:39 am in front of the New Juice City store in Topside.The suspect was reportedly drinking on the main highway in front of the store and was making loud noise.When police arrived to the scene, they found Ngoriakl causing disturbance at the said area.Nakamura on the other hand was causing disturbance at a residence in Iyebukel and was bothering people at 2:39 am on May 16.Aguon said that the 16-year-old minor was at the police station on May 15 at 12:10 pm and was under questioning for other matters when police found marijuana in his possession.In other news, a man also called police on May 16 at 5:35 pm and reported that a young boy went to his residence in Meyuns and threw a coconut at their window breaking some properties.
