THE leadership of the 22nd House of Representatives continues to organize the standing committees with four more panels completing their memberships.
Ways and Means will be chaired by Rep. Donald Manglona of Rota with House Minority Leader Ivan Blanco as vice chair.

The committee’s other members are Reps. Denita Yangetmai, Sheila Babauta, Celina Babauta, Richard Lizama, Vicente Camacho, Leila Staffler, Edwin Propst, Tina Sablan, Patrick San Nicolas and House Floor Leader Ralph Yumul.
Blanco and San Nicolas of Tinian are minority bloc members.
Health and Welfare is chaired by Tina Sablan with Leila Staffler as vice chair. The members are Vice Speaker Blas Jonathan Attao, Sheila Babauta and Donald Manglona.
Attao is the committee’s lone minority bloc member.
Public Utilities, Transportation and Communications is chaired by Richard Lizama. Donald Manglona is the vice chair and the members are Joel Camacho, Patrick San Nicolas, Vicente Camacho and Leila Staffler.
Joel Camacho and Patrick San Nicolas are minority bloc members.
Commerce and Tourism is chaired by Denita Yangetmai with Patrick San Nicolas of the minority bloc as vice chair. The members are Celina Babauta, Vicente Camacho, Richard Lizama and Ralph Yumul.
Earlier last week, the House Gaming Committee chaired by Rep. Edwin Propst was the first panel to organize. The vice chair is Tina Sablan and the members are Celina Babauta, Richard Lizama, Vicente Camacho, Ralph Yumul and Ivan Blanco of the minority bloc.
The other House committees that are expected to announce their memberships this week are Judiciary and Governmental Operations; Education; Federal and Foreign Affairs; Natural Resources; and Cannabis.
