Commissioner of Education Dr. Alfred B. Ada, on behalf of the Public School System, and Chief Executive Officer Jodina Attao, on behalf of the Northern Marianas Technical Institute, signed Thursday a memorandum of understanding on dual enrollment. Under the MOU, vocational, technical, and trades training will offered to qualified public high school students. Also in photo are Gov.
