ON Saturday, June 3, 2023, the Saipan Maga’Haga Lady Eagles Group held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Bus Stop #67 in Koblerville. The Lady Eagles adopted the bus stop early this year, and since then they have maintained the cleanliness of the area. But due to the condition of the bus stop, the Lady Eagles said they “decided to do a major renovation to make sure that this bus stop will be presented well to the public as well as to ensure the safeness of the bus stop, which is used by the students in the area.” The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by Precinct 1 Reps. Roy Aldan Ada, Joseph Flores and Edwin Propst as well as members of the Saipan Magalahi Eagles Club, the Saipan Maga’Haga Lady Eagles Group and the community. “I have been with you, and have seen your club’s accomplishments since the beginning and this bus stop signifies the hard work and dedication your group has been providing to the community. Congratulations for a job well done Saipan Maga’Haga Lady Eagles Group!” Rep. Roy Ada said. For her part, Lady Eagle Yolanda De Ramos, president of the Saipan Maga’Haga Lady Eagles Group, said: “I want to thank all the members of the Saipan Magalahi Eagles Club and the Saipan Maga’Haga Lady Eagles Group for making this project a successful one. With everyone’s input and help we have completed this renovation in a short period of time, and today we mark our project’s completion.”
