Ngarchelong State officials formally swear in

Gov. Browny Salvador took his oath administered by Associate Justice Kathleen M. Salii as well as the eight elected delegates of the 15th Ngarchelong State Assembly (NSA).

Speaker Immanuel Maldengesang, Vice-Speaker Hayes Ngiratragd and Floor leader Johnny Ngirablau Sambal also took their oath as officers of the NSA following the swearing in of the delegates administered by Salii.

In his special remarks, President Johnson Toribiong expressed his congratulation to the newly elected officials and on behalf of the 8th Ngarchelong State Constitutional Government.

He also conveyed his gratitude to the country’s close allies who were also there to grace the event.

“I’d like to recognize our friends’ allies and also our benefactors for gracing the event.” President said on his remarks.

Toribiong firstly mentioned the US Ambassador Helen Patricia Reed Rowe, Japanese Ambassador Yoshiyuki Sadaoka and Republic of China-Taiwan Ambassador Maggie Tien.

State Minister Victor Yano, Justice Minister Johnny Gibbons, Public Infrastructure, Industries and Commerce Minister Jackson Ngiraingas, First Lady Valeria Toribiong, Senators, Delegates, also attended the ceremony among others.

This is the third consecutive term of Salvador as a Gov of Ngarchelong State.
