THE CNMI Supreme Court, in denying Atkins Kroll’s petition for rehearing and motion for reconsideration, upheld the Superior Court’s jurisdiction to review the permit issued by the Zoning Board.
The high court reiterated that April 13, 2022, was the correct date of issuance. As a result, ANAKS’ petition to challenge the permit was timely filed.
