To ensure that the upcoming games shall promote a drug free competition among the athletes, it is therefore required by each participating countries to conduct some Anti-Doping education sessions for their participating athletes on the following topics; Drug Testing Procedures, Athletes Rights and Responsibilities, 2010 Prohibited List of Substances and Methods, Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE).
At the same time teams should also submit all TUE Forms to the Palau NOC at least 10 days before the event for an athlete(s) to take a prohibited substances for a genuine health condition e.g. ventolin inhaler, insulin for diabetics, etc.
