Osima was picked up by police after a report of a drunk individual in Ngerbeched was reported to the police on April 11 at 4:45 pm. Agustin was arrested for drinking in a public place in Airai and drunk and disorderly conduct on April 11 at 8 pm. Ermang was arrested for causing disturbance on April 11 while walking along the road by KR Shopping center at 2:20 am. Ermang was shouting while walking on the road, the police report indicated. Brell was arrested for throwing rocks at a store in Topside on April 10 at 9:31 pm while the two Techemangs were arrested for disturbing the peace and illegal consumption of alcohol.
The Techemangs were causing disturbances at the PCC dorms on April 10.
