A GPPC dump truck lies on its side on Isa Drive shortly after its driver, Rod Doronio, lost control while driving downhill from Capital Hill at around 12 noon, Wednesday. According to a witness, Doronio sustained minor injury and was rushed to the Commonwealth Healthcare Corp.
