THE Senate Committee on Executive Appointment and Governmental Investigations on Tuesday recommended the confirmation of Denn M. Manglona as a member of the Board of Professional Licensing.
Manglona is a 2010 graduate of Dr. Rita Hocog Inos Junior-Senior High School. In 2014, he received a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio.
In the CNMI, Manglona has served as a project engineer for Pacific Engineering Group & Services, LLC. since 2014. He has worked as an engineer on projects for the Northern Marianas Housing Corporation, the Commonwealth Ports Authority, and CNMI Office of Grants Management.
If his nomination is confirmed by the full Senate, his responsibilities on the Board of Professional Licensing will include regulating the practices of architecture, all branches of engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, and real property appraisal in the Commonwealth.
