Twenty-two persons participated each day and were awarded certificates of attendance at the end of the program by Ms. Karla West, Program Manager for the Energy Loan Program of the bank. The training program coinsisted of 10 hours of classroom instruction and the remainder of the time (20 hours) spent in actual installation of solar panels on the Small Business Development Center next to the headquarters of the National Development Bank in Ngetkib, Airai.
Representatives from Palau Public Utility Commission, private contractors and other interested persons attended this training program fora total of twenty-two individuals received Certificates of Attendance.
