House Bill No. 8-34-4S has been referred to the House Committee on State Relations.
The measure said that “to produce a content and loyal state government workforce, it is necessary to provide paid and unpaid leave of absence benefits to state government employees.”The measure said that the funding will be obtained from the State Block grants.The measure stated that within six months that it is approved each state government shall state government employee leave of absence policies for leave with pay and without pay.
