The Palau National Scholarship Board will administer the process of receiving the documents. It will also conduct the screening process.
The board will forward to the embassy by mid-April its recommendation for further review and subsequent transmission of the qualified applications to Taipei for final approval.
The embassy will officially announce the scholarship recipients in June.
