Patrol Division Acting Chief Peter Napoleon said the woman sustained minor scratches to her legs and other parts of the body.
Napoleon said the driver of the car was cited for reckless driving.The incident was reported to the police on March 4 at 1:27 pm.The victim was riding a bicycle when struck by a car.The car was on his way to Malakal and was about to make a right turn when it hit the bicycle.
