Borja was convicted of illegal fishing and fishing using scuba.He will not be released to participate in the work release program until he has secured full time employment and pay the fines imposed on him.Kwajelien Ngirmang’s sentence was also commuted. He will be released and his unsuspended term of imprisonment reduced to time served.He was convicted of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.Upon release from jail, Ngirmang will be placed on probation for the suspended portion of his term of imprisonment.Kokichi Ngiraingas, for his part, was granted full and complete pardon.Ngiraingas already spent time in jail for trafficking marijuana.
