According to internet news the Washington-based institution is helping the country searh for possible oil and gas resources in Kayangel State.World Banl will be the one who will be choosing the international companies that will provide expertise in coming up with petroleum , regulatory policies , rules and regulations for exploration.The World Bank selects the consultant company and a contract will be negotiated to meet the target date of September 26.Under the contract the work should be completed in two months.
