Whipps said that changing it to a monthly collection will make the revenue stream more consistent.
He said that it should be amended that each taxpayer should file taxes on or before fifth of each month.It added that “a remittance covering the full amount of tax liability as evidenced by the quarterly return shall accompany the return.”This Act shall take effect upon its approval by the President of the Republic of Palau, or upon it becoming law without such approval.
