A new year and a new you at Latte Built

LATTE Built wants to help you achieve your healthy New Year’s resolutions.

“New Year, New Me” is the catchphrase, said Latte Built owner Derek Cutting.  “I designed a challenge to show anyone who opted in that within just 31 days of activity, good habits will form and a schedule will be created organically.”

He added, “One can then use those good habits to  start challenging themselves with other goals involving one’s health, or it could be something completely different from gym goals. The point is to realize that with a little self-discipline any goal can be conquered!”

The challenge started on the first day of January and will go on for 31 days with no rest days. It includes  daily 5,000 steps, a one-mile run and strength training.

Latte Built also has personal trainer packages

“Our personal trainers have  vast education in training,”  Cutting said.

One of them is Enrico Valdez,  a master fitness trainer who has completed several major certifications with the International Sports Sciences Association  or ISSA: strength & conditioning, sports nutrition, exercise therapy, and tactical strength & conditioning. He is also a glute specialist.

Another Latte Built personal trainer is James Lee who is certified under the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has certifications in corrective exercise and performance enhancement. He is also a weight loss specialist and a world obstacle race coach, level 1.

“So depending on what your goals are, we can guarantee that one of our trainers with their vast knowledge  can help you achieve your goals — plus, you’ll have some fun while doing it!” Cutting said.

For this year, he added, “our gym has a major goal, but we won’t be posting about that now.” Meantime, “we want to inform our local residents that we have everything they need to tackle their health and physique goals, and we’re open 24/7.”
