BILLIE Pangelinan clinched the top spot in the Power Puff Girls Class of the Turkey Cross Thanksgiving Motocross Race Sunday at Cowtown Raceway Park.
Pangelinan led both heats. She went full-throttle from the start and never looked back as she executed the jumps well to keep the momentum going. And thanks to her skilled turns, Pangelinan finished first to earn a total of 50 points.
Nanako Celis, who is usually at the top of the food chain, settled for second place, earning 22 points in each of the two heats for a total of 44 points, while Shaniah Alvarez finished third in both heats for a total of 40 points.
Mini I, Mini II, ATV
In the Mini I Class, Harley Susulin claimed the podium finish as she cleared the dirt road and earned 50 points. In second place was Brendon Derocher who garnered 44 points.
As for the Mini II Class, Vicente Palacios snagged first place with his own flawless 50-point performance. Ethan Yumul finished second with 44 points while TJ Ferrer placed third after edging Devin Yumul in the second heat tiebreaker. Both riders bagged 38 points each.
In the Mini ATV Class, Franchesca Yumul landed on the top spot with 50 points while Kassidy Camacho settled for second place with 44 points.
