THE 6JMS Drunken Dragons are getting closer to dethroning top ranked Tambayan Distorted in the “A” Division of the SEDA Bud Light Dart League after winning, 10-7, Monday at Tambayan Bar.

It started with both teams evenly matched, splitting the opening Singles Regular Cricket game, 2-2.
The Drunken Dragons then set the tone with teamwork as Darion “Ice Box” Jones and Tony “El Tigre” Castro, along with Kenneth “Senpai” Kaneshi and Chris “CupCake” Omnes, displayed their precision by sweeping the Partners 701 Double In/Double Out game to seize the lead, 4-2.
After another split in the Singles Half-It match, Distorted returned the favor with a two-win sweep in the Partners Crazy Cricket game led by Derick Ayuyu and Jeremy Lizama, along with David Buekis and Aldebert Lizama, to tie the match, 6-6.
But the Drunken Dragons managed to retain the advantage in the one-on-one scene with a 3-1 run to secure the early win. They then added the icing on the cake by claiming the final Team 1101 game for a 10-7 victory.
In other matches
Pepoys 101 Proofers defeated Jonny’s Man Amigos, 10-7.
The 101 Proofers took the lead after splitting the opening game with Nestor Abing and Luis Ramos highlighting the Partners 701 Double In/Double Out game with 33.02 and 33.08 PPDs. Team mates Orly Paconlan and Rodrigo ”Digoy” Bautista also triumphed for a two-win sweep and a 4-2 lead.
The Man Amigos tried their best to even the score but could only split the next singles game while the 101 Proofers dominated the partners format to widen their lead by four points.
The Man Amigos responded with a 3-1 run in the Singles 501 game, but the 101 Proofers claimed the Team 1101 game to secure victory, 10-7.
The 6JMS Thunder Darts also emerged triumphant by dispatching the Tambayan D’Tribal Slasher, 12-5.
