Rep. Leila Staffler, who hosted the inaugural Acha’ikak Kulot 5K, runs through a cloud of colors Saturday at Laolao Bay. Over 90 people participated in the race which aimed to highlight the beauty of Precinct 5 and provide an outlet for healthy activity.
