THE Last Shot DECM Wizards ousted the VFW Assassins to clinch a spot in the Thursday Division semi-finals of the Saipan Billiards Association’s Budweiser Open 8-Ball League at the VFW in Garapan last week.
The Wizards, who disarmed the Assassins 9-2, will face the Just Chillin’ Team SCS in a semi-final match on Thursday.
On their home turf in Chalan Kiya, the Bamboo Club 88 Black Ball bested the Last Shot Homeboyz 9-4, while the Marpac Eagle’s Eye survived the Bamboo Tres Marias, 9-8.
Black Ball and Eagle’s Eye will slug it out in the other semi-final match.
