The easy 5K course started from the Salvation Army’s headquarters across Hopwood Junior High School and continued towards the Mobil gas station at Koblerville.
Jack Kabiriel wasted no time coming into first place at 16 minutes and 32 seconds, followed by Tom Linden (16:36) and Aric Bickel (17:05).
Mamiko Berger topped the adult female category at 20 minutes and 41 seconds. Suzy Kindel wasn’t far behind with 21 minutes and 16 seconds while Irma Halaby (22:15) placed third.
Tammy Ackerman (20:38) however, bested Berger by three seconds at the finish line and topped the youth female category. Trailing her was Vanessa Barfolo at 24:21 and Soleil Lamar at (32:27).
Meanwhile, Mark Calage dominated the youth male category with 32 minutes and 23 seconds and Eshaan Rajebhosale placed second at 36:55.
