A total of 10 teams will be active in the league. Like last season, the teams will be randomly divided into the Obyan and Agingan divisions, with the Budweiser Cup following the regular season.
Seven local bars will be taking part in this season’s games, which include the USS Peleliu Club, Jonny’s Bar & Grill, D’Pirates Sports Bar, VFW Post 3457, Wild Bill’s Bar & Grill, Utopia, and Buddies Bar & Grill.
The league will be active for the next 18 weeks, and will be played every Tuesdays at 8:15 pm. Players and teams who have not paid their dues are encouraged to submit their payments before August 31, according to SBA Acting League Secretary Warlee Ellama. Payments may be turned in with the game’s scoresheets.
The USSP Fotten Palau and Jonny’s IT&E Voyagers dominated to the top last winter/spring season, with the D’Pirates Team Pirates and Utopia NTT Docomo Hustlers winning as the Budweiser Cup Champions from their respective divisions.
