Wenyu “One Time” Bamba will be going head to head against Darrel “The Derailer” Salas while Guam’s Tony Cruz will be going against Fasi “QuickDraw” Jesse. Guam’s Rob “The Real Deal” Wusstig will be fighting Japan’s Tomoya Kato. Derrek “El Peligro” Rangamar will also be testing Craig “EarthCraig” Borja’s undefeated streak.
Urquizu and Sablan’s second confrontation will be featured in the main event at 150 lbs. Sablan emerged the victor in his first fight against Urquizu during Guam’s Preba Hao 10 in 2007. Urquizu lost to Sablan in the third round via technical knock out. Sablan boasts with a record of 17 wins and 5 losses while Urquizu has 14 wins and 4 losses.
The night will include a Super Fight between American Kickboxing Academy’s JJ Ambrose and Purebred Japan’s Masakazu Taguchi at 160 lbs.
The ‘Fight Night Fright Night’ themed event is currently set for October 29 at Saipan World Resort’s Taga Hall Ballroom.
“In the spirit of Halloween,” said Trench Tech president Cuki Alvarez, “we will have a scariest and sexiest costume contest.” Prizes will be awarded to the winners in each category.
