The Baby Ol’Aces set the tone early to take the driver’s seat. Sedrei Camacho was the fire-starter as she drained the first three buckets for six points. After the Lady Rollers slowed down Camacho’s productivity, the rest of the Baby Ol’Aces stepped up to keep the fire burning. Angel Roligat found his range from beyond the arc with two triples while Destiny Pangelinan and Kina Rangamar scored two points each to extend their team’s lead, 24-14.
But defense was the Baby Ol’Aces’ biggest asset as they harassed the Lady Rollers throughout the second half of the game, leaving them in the dust. The Lady Rollers’ run came late in the game when they started to play more aggressively with more drives to the hoop, drawing the foul and chipping in points from the free-throw line. However, it was not enough to get back in the game as Camacho alone matched the Lady Rollers’ output with 12 points to carry the Baby Ol’Aces to victory, 41-26.

CTSI joined the winners’ circle by bringing down the Lady Ol’Aces.
CTSI was nearly unstoppable as its players shot the lights out to gain a double-digit lead in the first half. Jan Travilla had the spotlight at first as her ability to shoot and slash inside led to seven straight points. When Travilla was not making buckets, Irish Pagarao and Jaime Mendoza were there to keep the momentum flowing to give their team a 34-19 lead.
The Lady Ol’Aces did find their second wind in the second half as Lia Rangamar exploded on the offensive end with 15 points, including an and-one play, but without help from the rest team, the Lady Ol’Aces had to bow down to CTSI, 46-58.
