Kryptonite ladies was sparked by the aggressive plays by the veteran and national player, Kiruu Kuartei who contributed 13 points for her team while team mate Sweety Kalbesang shot for 10 markers. Although Jessalyn De Leon of the Spartans had another spectacular game with 18 markers, her team was unmatched to the offensive and defensive intensity that their opponent has established since the start of the first half. As a result, Spartans could not do anything but to bow down to team Sam’s Kryptonite.
