As part of PSA’swhole day activities held at Meyuns seaplane and national pool, the open – ocean swim was attended mostly of swimmers who are aspiring to be a member of the Palau Swim team in which young Bornovski ruled the men’s division and first overall when he crossed the finish line at less than 25 mins from the 1500m distance swim. Following him is Gibbons who also grabbed first place for the women’s division and second overall with the same distance.
Getting second place for the men’s was Jam Domingo and fourth overall while Osisang Chilton got second spot for the women’s and third overall for the same distance of 1500m.
About 20 swimmers participated on the morning open – ocean swim at the Meyuns sea plane. PSA would like to thank the parents and volunteers of the event and the Koror State Rangers in helping the safety of the swimmers.
