In an email from Trench Tech president Cuki Alvarez, Guam’s list of amateur kickboxers include: Justin Dizon (130-140 lbs.), Daniel Dee (130-140 lbs.), Jared Martin (145-155 lbs.), Mat Arruejo (145-155 lbs.), Aaron Vegamora (175-185 lbs.), Jason Toves (175-185 lbs.), Jesse Bunang (165-185 lbs.), Rom Garganera II (165-180 lbs.), and Robin Young (155-165 lbs.).
From team Countershot Guam, John Garcia (125 lbs.), Vaughn Laguana (145 lbs.), and Jared Santos (120 lbs.) also seek kickboxing opponents. Brandon Payne, weighing 150 lbs., seeks a challenger in boxing.
Countershot’s Kevin Miranda (135 lbs.) and Matt (190 lbs.) will compete in the MMA category.
Amateur female boxer Gianna Sarusal will represent team Don Mon Boxing Guam at 130 lbs.
Venue for ROP 11 has not yet been confirmed. It is scheduled for Friday, September 9.
