Conference Title: ECSL vs. WCSL

Teams from the ECSL will match against teams from the WSCL to decide who will hold the Conference Title.The conference games mark the end of the first round for both leagues.Each of the leagues selected the top two teams from each of the leagues divisions – based on team standing – to represent each respective league in the conference games.Representing the ECSL are: both teams from Ngaraard, N-5 Reds and Redmen (open and masters); Ngiwal ChelidWith (open); and Ngarchelong Blue Sharks.Representing the WCSL are: both teams from Ngardmau (open and masters); Ngaremlengui (open); and Ngatpang (masters).The Conference Title games will begin at 10:00 a.m.The schedule of the games is as follows:game 1, Ngaraard vs. Ngaremlengui (open); game 2, Ngarchelong vs. Ngatpang (masters); game 3, Ngiwal vs. Ngardmau (open); game 4, Ngaraard vs. Ngardmau (masters); game 5, winner of game 1 vs. winner of game 3; and game 6, winner of game 2 vs. winner of game 4.Each game will have an hour time limit; however, all innings – if opened – must be completed in order for a game to be called.According to Don Bukurrou, the commissioner of both leagues, an awarding ceremony will commence soon after the last game to recognize the accomplishments of the winners.The president of the Ongiall Association – the main organizing entity – Dwight Ngirabai, added, “the games are our effort to bring everyone together to exercise and socialize; and most of all have fun.”
