Customs snap 3-game skid; DCCA bounces back

Julian Reyes picked up foul and made his two penalty shots then, Jeffrey Quitugua fired a three-point shot to give ARFF the six-point lead at the end of the first quarter.

JP Sablan who registered five points in the first quarter continued to sizzle with eight points to cut the lead to four points, minutes before the buzzer for the first half.

Jason Sablan and J. Lizama helped JP Sablan and the Customs took the lead in the third quarter.

Jack Cepeda heated up and fired two consecutive shots from perimeter, basketed another two-pointer and blasted from behind the arc to stretch the lead and quenched Customs thirst for victory.

Taj Vanburen who completed the line up grabbed most rebounds and rampaged with six points in the last few minutes of the fourth quarter and handed Department of Community and Cultural Affairs its 82-71 win over Public School System-McGraw Hill.

Pete Camacho and Romeo Iginoef led the scoring hands for DCCA to secure a one-point lead in the first quarter.
