(NMC) — As part of its long-standing commitment to higher education in the CNMI, Dial Rent-to-Own has donated $5,000 to the Northern Marianas College Foundation for its Golf Open on March 23 and 24, 2024.

“At Dial Rent-To Own, we understand the power of education, and we are glad to be a part of this year’s golf open with our $5,000 donation to help advance higher education in our islands,” said Dial Rent-to-Own Store Manager Miguel Duenas.

NMC’s tournament will be a two-day event at the LaoLao Bay Golf and Resort. The tournament fee is $250.

“On behalf of the NMC Foundation, we are thankful for Dial Rent-to-Own’s donation to our upcoming Golf Open,” said Ben Babauta, chair of the NMC Foundation.

The tournament, which is also the signature event of the NMC Foundation, aims to raise funds to build and equip modern, innovative campus facilities that will help expand the CNMI’s workforce development efforts, stimulate economic growth, and provide access to quality education for the residents of the Commonwealth.

Like previous tourneys, the upcoming event will offer thousands of dollars in amazing hole-in-one prizes such as a 2024 Lexus RX350 from Atkins Kroll, a 2023 Honda Civic Type R from Joeten Motors, a $10K shopping spree from Top Shelf Wine and Spirits, a $10K cash prize from Ambyth Shipping, a $10K cash prize from Pacifica Insurance, and a $3K cash prize from McDonald’s of Saipan.
