“Congratulations to Jude for besting the Electric Class again. We are glad to host May’s club race because we have new members joining the Saipan club,” said league coordinator Rodney Catalla.
This month’s club race showcased four events which included the1/8 Nitro Truggy Class, Stock Short Course A-MAIN Class, Stock Short Course B-MAIN Class, and the Open Short Course.
In the 1/8 Truggy Class Rodney Catalla bagged the Top Qualifier award of the month racing with Team Associated with a RC8T car.
Jojo Saracho took home first with his MUGEN MBX6T while second place was clinched by Rommel Isidro with a MUGEN MBX5T, and third place was awarded to Emir Abuan with a KYOSHO STRR.
In the Stock Short Course A-MAIN Class: Top Qualifier and first place seeding was warded to young gun Jude Dickinson racing with his TRAXXAS SLASH followed by long time racer, Paul Salalila with his TRAXXAS SLASH, and last but not least came Leo Gatus in third place with his XXX-SCT.
In the Stock Short Course B-MAIN Class Top Qualifier and third place was bagged by Paul Guerrero with his TRAXXAS SLASH. Meanwhile Butter Dickinson nabbed first place followed by Kurt Diaz in second.
In the final event of the afternoon, Jude Dickinson swept the board and garnered the Top Qualifier and first place seat with his TRAXXAS SLASH. Second and third place was awarded to Paul Salalila and Leo Gatus respectively.
