TAMBAYAN Distorted B is now in second place in the Thursday B “Fanihi” division of the 2024 SEDA Bud Light Dart League after dominating Bistro Bang Bros, 11-4, at the Tambayan Restobar on Thursday.

In the opening set of the 301 Double In/Double Out games, both teams tried to find their rhythm. Bang Bros’ Schneider Lanzo was the first to bag a win as he slipped past Jayda Babauta while Lanzo’s teammate John Babauta bested JD “Hagu Real” Maratita.

Distorted equalized after no. 2 ranked Justin Reyes and Eldin “Elgaga” Maratita triumphed over Terence Kaipat and Elden Dela Cruz for the first deadlock of the night, 2-2.

Distorted then proved they were superior in pairs.

Reyes and Eldin Maratita, along with JD Maratita and Jayda Babauta, triumphed in the Partners Crazy Cricket games and swept the Partners 501 Double In/Double Out games to gain a four-point advantage.

Distorted collected three more wins in the Singles Regular Cricket games before Bang Bros’ Kaipat secured the fourth game to stop the bleeding, 3-9.

Although Distorted secured the win after their third two-win sweep in the Partners Half-It games, Bang Bros remained persistent and managed to claim the final Team 1101 game to go down fighting before accepting defeat, 4-11.
