NMIVA President Laurie Peterka in an email said although the draft banquet is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday next week at the Pacific Island Club, the regular season will begin on Sept. 24 and will conclude on Dec. 8.
The playoff games, she added will start on Dec. 10 all the way to the championship.Volleyball games will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.Like last year, 12 teams composed of four males and supposedly two females are expected to play in this year’s league.The draft picks that will be at the banquet will be different from that of last year.Fee is $25 for non-members and $20 for NMIVA members.All game schedules are tentative until they are completed.For more information please contact Laurie Peterka at 483-7499.
