Freedom Air soars again, crushes Mayor’s Office, 22-1

Freedom Air’s Roque Camacho, the reigning pitching leader struck out one but there were his fielders who held Mayor’s Office into scoreless three innings to secure their 22-1 victory.

Freedom now advances to second place tying it up with Commonwealth Ports Authority.

The Freedom Air batsmen took turns in launching base hits in the final quarter for their 10-run rule victory.

Shane Yamada tripled in the first inning and hit two singles.

Lizama who drove-in three runs with his home run in the third, finished with four RBIs.

Reno who hit a solo home run in the third had three RBIs. And Roy Celis who was struck out in the first blasted with two home runs for his three RBIs.

Ken Villagomez, Roque Camacho and Dante Sablan added one RBI each.

CUC 12, DCCA 6

In Women’s Division, Dolorina Panuelo hit run-scoring doubles to lead Commonwealth Utilities clobber Department of Community and Cultural Affairs, 12-6.

Jenny Palacios drove-in two runs with her single hit in the first quarter.

Panuelo pitched seven strong innings and struck out DCCA’s Erica Tenorio in the final inning to finish the game.

Annabel Magofna, Evelyn Kani and Semi Simram added one RBI each.
