This year’s tournament will be held at the Laolao Bay Golf Resort and will be open to the first 144 paid registrants.
$6,000 cash and numerous in-kind prizes await the winners. HANMI is working to secure more prizes, and proceeds of the tournament will be contributed to community charities.
“We encourage all golfers to mark their calendars for the 9th HANMI Charity Golf Classic Tournament,” HANMI Chairman Nick Nishikawa said.
Registration forms will be available shortly at Laolao Bay Golf Resort, Coral Ocean Point, Hyatt Regency Saipan, and Marianas Country Club. Early bird tournament fee is $95 for payments by June 3. The fee includes green fee and the awards banquet.
The fee increases to $110 on June 4. For an additional $20, players may also compete for nearest to the pin, most accurate drive, and longest drive.
