The registrations will start at 6 am and the race will commence at 6:30 am. There will be a registration fee of $10. The first 200 registered participants will get a goody bag with a lot of free gifts inside and a SOPHIA-Fiesta t-shirt.
The starting point of the race will be the Marianas Resort and Spa. There will be two categories for the race; 5k and 10k route.
The 5k route’s turning point will be across the Marianas Visiting Authorities office in San Jose and the 10l route’s turning point will be at the Saipan Gold Beach Hotel.
Medals and $100 cash prize will be awarded to a competitor with the best costume, largest group participant, youngest runner/walker (four to eleven years old), oldest walker/runner, 1st female finisher for the 5k and 10k route, and 1st male finisher for the 5k and 19k route as well.
Light breakfast and entertainment at Fiesta’s Ocean View will be available on the race day. Advance registrations may be picked up and dropped off at the PDI’s office or Fiesta Resort and Spa Saipan.
