Ol’ Aces started off strongly grabbing the driver’s seat and igniting a fast paced winning momentum from team IT&E with Peter Camacho dodging Bruce Berlin over and over again to bag 6 points for his team grabbing a 7 point lead from team IT&E.
In the second quarter of the game, Elias Rangamar displayed his sniper like shots and scored two downtown shots to clock in 6 points for the Ol’ Aces. With his teammate Marvin Rabauliman bagging in 4 points, together they took the steering wheel firmly and led the way like champions.
In the second half of the league, team IT&E caught up with their team players sealing the gap to a shallow crevice of one point in between the two teams.
Team Ol’ Aces did not let go of the winning escapade until the final minutes of the game. With 3 points left in the game, it went downhill for the Ol’ Aces. Bruce Berlin and Darwin Barbi were able to score 4 charity points out of the 6 that beat team Ol’ Aces. By the time the siren ended the game; the weary Ol’ Aces packed their stuff and went home with another loss.
