Center fielder Joe Atalig went 3-for-4 and led the Hunters’ dominant offense with three singles, four runs, and two RBI. Atalig stole to home plate at the top of the second to hand the team a 5-0 lead.
Tufaisor Romolor scored the Heats’ first run on a fielder’s choice. Vince Cabrera posted their final run via error at the bottom of the fourth.
Clayton Aguon helped the Hunters land their fifth win with five strikeouts, allowing only two hits with no walks.
Short stop Robert Tudela bagged an RBI double at the top of the first. One inning later, Aguon delivered a run-scoring single to drive Jesse Deleon Guerrero in. Tudela boosted the team with three RBI singles at the top of the fourth while Tommy Reyes scored one run on an RBI walk.
Jerome Reyes, catcher Palmerson Mongkeya, Deleon Guerrero, and Aguon earned two runs each.
