Teams are composed of one Palau High School (PHS) – Spiders, two from Bethania High School (BHS), team A and team B, one from Mindszenty High School (MHS) – Cardinals, and one from Palau Mission Academy (PMA).
All games will begin at exactly 4:00 in the afternoon at the Meyuns baseball field and will have ground rules of 7 innings or 2 hours (whichever comes first), must complete an inning for the game to be declared over, a 10-un rule applies in the bottom of the 5th inning, a mercy rule (15-runs) applies at the bottom of the 4th. In addition to the rules, set of laws of the league will be identical to last year were students should maintain a grade point average (GPA) of a minimum of 2.0, should follow the “No Tobacco and NO Alcohol” campaign, and fighting shall result to expulsion from the tournament.
