IT&E clobbers Haga-T, 12-6

Son Matsutaro made it to the first base on short stop’s error before Mandel Techur hit a go-ahead single to take the lead in the bottom of the first inning.

With one out in the top of the first, Haga-T scored one run from Diego Takia’s sacrifice bat then, the IT&E fielders threw Tom Ito out on a fielder’s choice.

Shane Yamada drove Matsutaro in and Dave Kapileo knocked-in a run-scoring single before Adelbert Lizama run short of reaching the first base.

Ben Aguon however, sent Kapileo home with a sacrifice fly.

Lizama struck out one in the second and IT&E held Haga-T scoreless in four straight innings.

Yamada had two RBI double in the bottom of the second inning.

With two outs in the third, Alfred Hocog stretched the lead with an RBI single and Kapileo connected a run-scoring single in the fourth.

Lizama and Aguon singled in the fifth but Haga-T left them stranded as Tom Ito beat Dennis Cruz from the mound.

Techur walked and Yamada sent him home with single before Kapileo fired a single as well to complete their win in the sixth inning.

TKK2 11, Red Men 8

Toi Celis and Manny Sablan both blasted two-run home run in the first and fifth inning respectively helping TKK2 defeat the Red Men, 11-8.

Phil Celis led-off a double in the first inning and with one out, Toi Celis homered.

BJ Attao singled Phil Celis in during the second inning, Toi singled him in and Larry Sebaklim drove-in a run on error from third baseman.

Joey Dela Cruz hit a run-scoring double before Sablan’s home run secured their victory.

Meanwhile, Ngiwal-79 suffered sixth loss on a forfeiture after they failed to complete the team for the game against Brotherhood.
