IT&E sends Lions to 9-game skid

With Brel Yobech driving in a run and Brandon Seman hitting an RBI single, the Lions continued the streak in the top of the second inning for a big lead.

Northern mounted the rally in the bottom of the second and cut the lead down to two runs.

Starter Roy Tudela struck out one and short stop Frankie Lieto caught a line drive to help Northern hold the Lions scoreless in the third.

Robert Tudela singled and Ian Lizama walked and stole scoring spot before they both scored runs to tie the ball game in the bottom of the third.

Robert Tudela knocked in a two-run single, and Gino Dela Cruz hit an RBI single as Northern rallied in the sixth inning to win the ball game, 21-10.

Patriots 17, Ol’ Aces 2

Raymond Saralu drove in three runs with single and hit an RBI triple and Jeremy Rabauliman fired a solo home run leading the Docomo Patriots in pounding the Ol’ Aces.

Henry Rabauliman knocked in a run-scoring double, Saralu and Juljean Ngeskebei had an RBI single apiece in the first inning for the Patriots’ strong opening.

Henry rocketed a two-run single in the second inning.

After Jeremy Rabauliman’s solo shot, Saralu fired a two-run single in the third inning.

Henry added an RBI single Saralu fired a one-run triple and the Patriots secured a mercy rule victory to remain undefeated and handed the Ol’ Aces their second loss.

Survivors 5, As 4

Jeffrey Lizama and Nick Jones Jr. hit a solo shot apiece to help the Survivors beat the TSL A’s.

The A’s were leading after a complete three innings Joaquin Villagomez and David Muna firing base hits.

Keith Henry Concepcion singled in the top of the fifth inning before Jones Jr. homered then, AG Roppul singled and stole scoring spot until he made it to the home plate to tie the ball game.

Jose Lizama Jr. scored the winning run in the seventh inning.

Fielders 7, Red Sox 1

Ken Taguchi tripled, James Aldan doubled and they all scored runs in the top of the third inning to secure the lead.

Poland Masaharu and Khobby Kaipat both tripled in the fifth inning and Taguchi scored his second run to secure their victory over the Red Sox.

James Aldan had four strike outs.
