Grace Christian Academy erased its 14-point deficit from the first quarter as Jeon blasted back-to-back layups past SIS’s Josh Borja. GCA’s Angelo Salas added 14 points, Swoo Kim scored eight, and Brandon Chargualaf earned six.
Jeon hammered three of his five free throw shots early in the second quarter while Chargualaf shot a three-pointer. The Eagles led, 30-25 by the end of the first half.
Saipan International School’s Richard Wang landed 17 points in the third quarter and top scored with a 36 total.
Salas lost the ball twice to Wang in the closing five minutes but regained possession with an interception by Jeon. Their 10-point lead sealed the game as Moon Bin Hong, Karlo Deleon, and Jonathan Salas tallied two points each.
