Kapileo was 8-over par 44 in the front and went a bit slower in the back nine to gross 89 which his 21 handicap trimmed down to 68.
Cui Lian was struggling in the front nine firing 11-over par 47 but he improved a lot in the back nine finishing 2-over par 38 to gross 85 for a net of 69.
Tom Tebuteb had a three-way tie with Nick Sablan and Tars Olopai in net 71, but clinched the third slot in a front nine score card play off. His front card score was 34.
Sablan had 37 front card score to place fourth and Olopai had 38 to settle for fifth place.
Jess I. Wabol who shot 1-over par 37 in the front and back nines also had a three-way tie with Jesse Seman in net 72.
Wabol and Seman got the same front card score of 36 for the sixth place, while Joe Saures, the RGA September Ace placed seventh with front scorecard of 37.
Jack Sablan also tied with Bae Yong Man in net 73 but took the lead with a front card score of 35.
