Coach Chong Chin Ho said it is their third year of spending a month of training in preparation for the big events in Korea.
They will be leaving on Feb. 14, back to their country for a few days rest before they will head to Okinawa, Japan on March 7, where they will compete with two other Major League teams there in an exhibition game.
After that he said, they will play again for another exhibition game in Korea in April 4 before the start of this year’s Major League season there.

When they leave next week, some equipments particularly the nets they used for batting cage will stay on Saipan as a donation.
Aside from baseball team, the junior golfers of Korea have also spent time practicing for main events in their country.
