TRUE North Langilang remains at the top of the food chain in the Thursday Flame Tree B Division of the 2025 SEDA Bud Light Dart League with 41 wins after defeating Last Shot Taya Mana’i, 11-4, at the True North Bar on Thursday night last week.
Taya Mana’i was the first to draw blood as AJ Seman bested Langilang’s Naven “Nerf” Santos. Seman also had the best PPD of 20.07 in the first game of the 301 Double In/Double Out set.
Langilang quickly recovered as JJ Nekaifes, Gabriel Rabauliman, and Rodney “Prodigy” Norita claimed the remaining three games to grasp the lead, 3-1.
A back-and-forth battle ensued in the Partners Crazy Cricket and Partners 501 games with Langilang splitting the sets to maintain the upper hand, 5-3.
In the Singles Regular Cricket set, Langilang players showcased their individual talents with Steve “RoadKill” Santos and Jayphil Bernard joining highlight reel with a 4-1 sweep to ensure their victory.
Facing an inevitable defeat, Mana’I went down down fighting as they split the next Partners Half-It set, 1-1, before Lagilang claimed the final Team 1101 set to end the night, 11-4.
Darts d Way I Like It vs Puff Daddy
Sharing a similar story was The Hut Darts d Way I Like It as they eased past Tom Yum Puff Daddy, 11-4.
Darts d Way I Like It notched a four-win sweep in the opening 301 Double In/Double Out set led by Martin Pangelinan with a 25.08 PPD.
Puff Daddy managed to return the favor with a two-win sweep in the following Partners Crazy Cricket set but Darts d Way I Like It bagged the next two sets to add six more wins and maintain the lead, 10-2.
Puff Daddy gathered two more wins before bowing down to Darts d Way I Like It, 11-4.
