AS the Dove Women’s League Spring 2026 season concluded its fourth week of play in the masters division, Paire Football Club and Matansa Football Club remain the teams to beat, continuing to solidify their positions as the top two contenders in the standings after victories in their respective matches Sunday at the NMI Soccer Training Center in Koblerville.

Paire remains unbeaten, collecting its fourth consecutive win with a 3-0 shutout of Latte Football Club 1.

PFC established control early behind Amanda Dunn, who opened the scoring in the 12th minute of the first half. The team maintained pressure and doubled its lead five minutes later on a goal by Lindsay Davis.

Latte tried to regroup, holding its ground through the remainder of the half, but Dunn continued to pose a threat. She scored her second goal in the 34th minute to give PFC a commanding 3-0 lead.

PFC’s backline held firm in the second half, shutting down Latte’s attack and preserving the clean sheet.

Matansa vs MPU

Matansa FC trails closely behind PFC after securing its third win of the season with a 2-1 victory over MP United FC.

The match was a tightly contested defensive battle for much of the game. Matansa broke through in the 49th minute when Alleny Tenorio scored, and Khankaew Mangulabnan added another goal in the 52nd minute to give MFC the advantage. MP United responded quickly with a goal by Astrid Poole a minute later, but was unable to find the equalizer.

Kanoa vs Latte

Kanoa FC earned its first win of the season with a 5-1 victory over Latte Football Club 2.

Merlie Tolentino led Kanoa with two goals, while Valerie Sablan, Judy Jung, and Mariquit Chavez added one each. Mildred Pabilando scored the lone goal for Latte FC 2.
