Manglona looks forward to title defense

The two will be battling it out in this Saturday’s Armageddon, hosted by Gorilla Warfare at Taga Hall, World Resort.

To add more spice to the night, Manglona was willing to put his middleweight title on the line against Cruz.

Both Cruz and Manglona are set for the main event, where both men will be fighting in the 180 lb category.

Cruz and Manglona currently boast undefeated streaks in their MMA records. Cody Cruz goes strong with three wins and no losses, while Manglona keeps his pace with a mighty six wins and no losses.

According to Manglona, he was willing to fight and put his title on the line in Armageddon, regardless of who he was up against.

He noted that he “felt pretty good” and confident about his fight, with all the training under his belt. Manglona is looking forward to adding another tally to his wins, and also stated that he will take his opponent seriously in the ring.

Manglona recently trained in Las Vegas with the Legion Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under BJJ black belt Cameron Diffley and the Wand Fight Team under Wanderlei Silva. He earned his middleweight title after defeating Marianas Elite’s Syl “The Deal” Teregeyo in Gorilla Warfare’s ‘Confrontation’ last November.
